My X3 will be in end of January , will be produce first week of January , Titanium silver , chestnut ,wave wood , cold package ,convenience package , sport activity , technology package ,Premium package , nicely loaded !

Just called the 1800# estimated completion date now 12/16....was 12/18 last week!...two days faster!

Well I thought "in production with an estimated completion date of 12/16" would mean the car would be completed on 12/16..... as of today, it says car in "paint shop with a completion date of 12/17" wtf...whats next?...damn it!!

Vikz how do you track it ? my sales person said its not showing up yet , but i should get it mid to end of January .

well I got a screenshot from my CA with it showing status 150--in production, and since then, I've just been calling the 800# entering either my prod. # or partial VIN and listening to the updates that way.

I have no idea...like I said yesterday mine said in the paint shop with a completion date of 12/17.. This morning I called and it says "your car is being assembled with an estimated completion date of 12/16"....

huh??!!! today is the 17th...maybe I should stop trying to follow it and just wait till I hear from my CA

oohk....starting to get a bit excited here..assuming BMW does not hold this vehicle until the "release" date.

Just spoke to someone at BMW.

As of 12/17-- TODAY...my car was released to a carrier--- Centurion Auto Logistics!!!

Wtf does this mean?!!!

guess I got too excited for no reason..as of 1235 this afternoon, the car is still not on a truck...

it was released to Centurion trucking on 12/17 at 215pm.....

My only guess is they're waiting for more cars, or BMW is maybe "holding" these cars for this mysterious "release date" I keep hearing on...

bummer!-- I was hoping to have the car by xmas weekend.

will follow with more updates.

looks like the car is on a truck now!..ETA at the dealer tomorrow @10 a.m.

Hopefully this means they can deliver the car in the next few days--and not "hold" at the dealer for whatever reason.
