Back Passenger Door Won't Unlock

I've searched all over the internet and it seems my situation is more unique (but likely still the actuator).

Back passenger door on F25 won't unlock with either the key fob, or central lock button. If door is locked, and pull the handle from the inside the door will unlock and open, and from there will continue to open from pulling the inside and outside lever (obviously b/c the door is unlocked).

I have to manually lock this door, but then it remains locked until I pull the inside lever again to unlock it. I checked the child safety tab and its in the off position. Haven't pulled the door trim off yet as I wanted to exhaust all options before doing so.

Also went through the iDrive settings, and its set for unlock all doors. Anyone else experience this?

Update on this. While doing additional research yesterday, I believe the door actuator is fine rather its the fuse that is likely blown hence the fob/central lock not working.

I found this fuse diagram - https://fuse-box.info/bmw/bmw-x3-f25...uses-and-relay. Does anyone know which fuse controls the actuator in the back passenger door so I don't have to check every single one? I tried to locate this yesterday, but couldn't find anything here or via Google.
