Plug for a dealership here in NJ
I know dealerships inherently get a bad wrap, as they should, but I have to say the dealer where I purchased my used 2016 was outstanding. They continue to answer my questions without the age old line "bring it in" and have continually offered me discounts on parts and service. Sometimes it is more competitively priced than FCP Euro, sometimes not. Anyway, I have never been impressed with any dealership before, but Circle BMW is a place to visit if you live in the NJ area.

Bought 2 cars from Circle and they do have great prices on accessories. Only knock is that the SA was not knowledgable about the PCD process but eventually we got it worked out.

I found the same, although my SA did go the extra mile to do some research and get me an answer - was impressed that they beat tirerack on tire prices. Didn't think anyone could beat tirerack

That was the thing that annoyed me the most. I am not the first person who wants to do PCD and the PCD program has been running for a while now. But the SA claimed no one in the dealership including the managers know the process for PCD. This was about 3 weeks ago since I ordered a 330e.
