Not the gap, but not filling out the wheel well. I.E. the overall diameter of the X car wheels/tires are small. Doesn't fit the size of the car. Kinda like a Mexican low rider, a large 70's car with 13" rims and rubber band tires.

I don't see that at all. Besides, the wheel wells are not round. IMO, I think the wheel/tires are well sorted for this SAV. Attached Max Well's picture for reference.

If there's a problem, it's not the tire sizing, and please nobody go and fit higher profile tires on your car to try to close the gap. It will screw up your speedometer. |

If you pull up a new XC60 or GLC any configuration and you put it next to any X3 and you measure from the ground to the top of the tire you will find both the Volvo and MB will be at least 1+ inch taller. Yes BMW gives you "large rims" 21" but on no rubber. You can also see my point on this video. |

You should thank Max Well for the extended Photoshop work and adding all the photos together. I was commenting on how well sorted the wheels and tires are on the M40i.

The Volvo tire diameter is 1/4” bigger overall. The GLC has the same tire sizes as the Volvo. I doubt you’d notice 1/4” because it is within the range of normal tire wear (1/8” on either side). On any of these models, with any rim size, they’re all about 29” total diameter. The tires have to get thinner when you choose larger wheels so as to not interfere with the speedometer and odometer, the overall size needs to be maintained. No. I was wondering if they are easy to take off or paint black.

Steering wheel - There is the M Sport steering shortage announcement dating back to May of this year. The shortage was expected to continue into at least the end of August. I guess the shortage hasn't been solved. All US/Canadian spec M40i and X3 M Sport are being built with the Sport Steering wheel (option code 255). RoW is getting the M Sport steering wheel.
Front bumper - For some reason this M40i is equipped with the M Sport bumper rather than the M40i bumper. Either the original bumper was damaged and replaced or this is a pre-production model. |

Hopefully the steering wheel doesn't have so much silver on it.

That's what I'm saying. The M40i on the front page has an M Sport bumper.
I didn't include those options when I generated the photo. |

Where are you from? I didn't know there was an option for roof rail delete. That would be a dream come true! US spec reflectors and Euro M badges? Regardless, it looks like your configuration is all a mess and totally broken! Are you ordering an X3 M40i? Can't wait to see what you get. Good Luck!
