My BMW app

Went out for a drive today, again forced updates of the apps and checked the privacy settings, which does show My Trips is enabled, yet app still not showing anything.

Have emailed the Connected Drive team to see what they think. If it's anything like the safety cameras, that took weeks to show up in the vehicle, which seems to suggest some backend issue.

When looking at My Trips, should it only show the trips where my driver profile was active?

Nothing in my app, either. I enabled it in the car. The My Trips section isn't even in the app. Maybe it's a "soft" release.

Got my trips on my app now, basically just followed the instructions listed in the previous pages.

I picked up my car a week & a half ago. The trips were in my app. Then a couple days later they weren't & the app said I had to active in idrive. So I figured I needed to finish setting up stuff that maybe the Genius didn't show me & I hadn't come across yet. This is my daily driver so we had my profile done for the most part at the dealer. My husband had to set up his profile but somewhere along the way we had to go back to adjust the privacy info. On my profile even though we did at the dealership. Maybe because my husband waited until we got home? I went ahead & rechecked everything & and now my trips are back in the app.

Nothing on my trips for me... i dont even see that in my app.

They must be doing a rollout of some sort... i hear there are new skins that should be available soon if you look at the news page on the app.

I was able to now see it in the privacy settings and make sure it was enabled but still nothing in the phone app.

Updated to 2.9.1. Now I can see the skins option but still cannot see My Trips on main screen.

Upgraded the app and it didn't resolve the mileage anomaly. On the ap splash screen is showing 193miles, however in the Info list below that, OR if you click on the car symbol top right of app it shows 355miles which is correct :-|

The number in the info bit at the bottom is correct.

The number near the top just under the check status is remaining distance based on fuel level.

Maybe the next time you drive, it will show up. I just noticed it disappeared & after I did the privacy stuff it was back.
