I also picked up a used x4, also have the vibration under load, so potentially looking at this.

It was fixed under warranty but it’s still slightly there. Unfortunately I think there’s just something inherently wrong with the driveline on these cars.

I'm new here but have some experience with this. This is not my first German car, but my first BMW. Personally, I think BMW did a poor job with NVH on this car, I'm really not impressed. The driveline does not have a high end feel at all. It feels like my old 2015 CR-V. I have the same vibration but it's really minor and I'm not going to mess with it. For one, I have no warranty and two, it's a nightmare to track down. I got one of the early S550 Mustangs years ago and it had a driveline vibration. They fixed it by replacing the entire drive system and a master mechanic aligning everything. It came back 2 days later. If it's not bad and you don't have warranty don't mess with it. It's likely an engineering flaw.
