Anyone else get tired of waiting?
Hi All,
After all the delay's I finally got tired of waiting. We ended up picking up a 2008 E92 M3 for less than what my F25 30d was going to cost Awesome car.....we drove it across Australia over the Easter weekend. Wonderful drive of 3419KM's / 2124Miles in 48 hours. Now deciding should I keep the M3 or sell it and take delivery of my F25 due in June....... What would you guys do? From Down Under...Rod. |

I've had the E83 for the past 4 years and sold that in March as I was due to get my new F25. Wife has had the standard E92 over that same time......dont really "need" an SUV but just got use to it over time.

Think you answered your own question - if you don't "need" the SAV, why not wait a while, drive the M3 (great car BTW), and see what the future brings.

Been looking at a used E70 X5 and maybe an X6 though X3 is my ideal car, the wait and rise of the Euro has also made it too expensive now. Giving it till end year if exchange rate eases if not E70 X5 it is.

my base 20d X3 was 69000 euro in January with 5 options(auto box, mineral silver, leather, xenons, wood trim) given the euro rise its over 80,000 euro ($120,000) due to exchange rate loss on my local currency from January so doesn't make sense. However Ledzep an X5 in the garage and an upcoming X3 35i, what a lucky guy!
