I use the EBC Yellowstuff

But only for hard driving applications. The initial bite on yellowstuff is actually not as good as the stock brake pads. They must warm up to provide high performance braking.

I would recommend the redstuff.

+1 on redstuff. I have those for awhile now.. and it bites better than the oem pads in my opinion. I only track no more than 3 times every year.. so its mostly for daily driving.. its good.

Redstuff will be best between the two.

Not sure, but are there aftermarket brake specialist that makes "off road" compounds pads? If I had a X vehicle, I would consider this part in your research, evaluation, and final decision. Just my .02 cents on the matter.

This car has never gone off road, I am leaning more towards the yellows because their brake dust is still less then OEM with massive gains in stopping power from cold and unlike the redstuff they bed in much faster.
