Anyone managed any bargaining yet? Seems that offering the lowest book value for your trade-in priced at delivery time remains popular with dealers with no hint of compromise even for cash / lots of extras added.

placed my order 3 wks ago with a 7% off list (incl extras). am trading in an e60, value in around the glass guide.

Thanks. Anyone else done as well as this? 7% blows the VAT rise away nicely.

I got just over 5% off list last October but part of this was locking the VAT at 17.5%. Car also has a lot of options ~£44k. No part ex.
