The difference here is the information I posted came from a multi year, well respected, BMW blogger who 1.) was given early access to the production candidate x3 M50 vehicle 2. had direct access to employees of BMW including in the car with him while he drove it. It's safe to assume he got his information directly from a BMW resource.

I'm sure things can change of course and two years from now we'll see an ice x3m.

The tails changing from the current X3 Halo-Sword to the X5 Converging-Spike-Things is one of the only bummers about this reveal, for me.

If the X3M gets a full electric drivetrain then it will be a greater disaster compared to the 4 cylinder C63s, of course, if it keep the current X3M price
