"asd_inside" and "asd_outside" in BimmerCode

When viewing BimmerCode expert mode for sound, I saw these 2 options.

ASD_inside was default enabled.
ASD_outside was default disabled.

Has anyone messed with these to figure out what they do?

ASD inside is for the engine noise fed thru the speakers inside, while ASD outside is not applicable for the F97/98, because it's only for the noise fed to the outside speakers (not fitted), mainly from their Plug-in Hybrid and Electric line up.

However from what I understand, ASD on the ID7 cars are also from the FSC activation codes as well on RAM.

Were you to disable asd_inside, with asd master enabled, would you gain all the aural benefits of stock asd (exhaust, engine mapping, etc.) without the controversial speaker vroom vrooms?
