If they hadn't stuck that big Mercedes Star on the grill, and you wouldn't know this was a Mercedes, would you?
In the BMW world, and you can delete everything that say BMW on their cars - and that car would still be easily recognized as a Bimmer. Having said that, I like the design. But I would compare it to an X5, not the X4. Needing a rear window wiper on the Mercedes is the give away...

Perhaps BMW should take a leap of faith and try something new rather than just evolution. FYI, I have never owned a Mercedes. Had 3 BMW and Audi before that... Personally I like the new GLC and with all the talk of Electric and Hybrid cars its rather refreshing to see a V8 in a midsize SUV.... The GLC coupe is a direct competitor for the X4... As i said initially the X4M will need to be good and i really hope it is !!!

DBU - I take it you asked me. I could live with the star - and MB grilles are - mostly - top notch. What I have a problem with, is the immage of MB and the creepy feeling I get visiting dealership - they happen to sell also other brands.
