M envy - XBimmers

I had a 335 owner give me the bums rush about having an "M" sport licience plate surround. Told him it was for the M sport package on the X3. He said there is no X3 M. Explained that it was a package available on the X3 and it included several options. He still grumped about it.

I used to have 335i Msport, do you get those in the US? Almost every BMW model has an Msport variant in Europe. It's not the same as an M car......I don't know why some folks don't get this.
