anyone have any experience with angel eyes? It looks as if you can change the color of the headlights, which might be illegal in some states? do they last? and can a average guy install them or does it take nasa to do it?

BMW nowadays are turning their halos somewhat blue/violetish. You might get away with blue aftermarket halos
