Production video upload times - XBimmers

According to BMWNA's 800 number (and our CA), the production of our X3 was finished 12 days ago but our personalized video hasn't been uploaded to the website yet. I've checked other threads and learned that many people received their videos within 10 days. I was just curious if anyone else has waited longer than 10 days before receiving his/her personalized video.

IIRC, my video appeared after my X3 was delivered. It's still cool, but not the effect that BMW USA intended.

Ours was delivered on 5/25--- we just got the video Monday.

Oh- and the final shot of the car rolling off the line was unavailable!!!!! Disappointment. $53k down the drain!!

Thanks for the replies and info! We're doing PCD in late July so it will be interesting to see if we have the car before the video.

What a shame! I hope driving your new X3 is a good enough consolation prize!

I'll be happy if even one of the cameras was working when ours came down the line. I've seen some videos on YouTube where only one camera was available.

Production on ours was finished on 6/15. The video was posted today, so 12 days. No sign of the car yet, which is most important!
