So I drive a 2011 328i...only 10k miles on it not even a year of leasing it. And it was pouring rain maybe hitting 30 MPH or even less but once I slammed on the brakes, I barely hit the guy in front of me. My drivers side and the top headliner of passengers side airbag deployed. Only a few scratches on my bumper but no real damage... I got state farm insurance. Is my car considered totaled? And can I still return the car once its repaired and the lease ends?
