Seriously considering the 35D, insurance is only another £50 and the extra cost isn't much when I intend to keep the car 5 years +

I wonder what a chipped 35D would be like

They have a Tuning Box for the X3 35D engine now, I phoned them yesterday.
Steve and Matthew were very helpful and the power now is 385BHP which is huge.

I may consider fitting one in the new year.

hmmmm... i like the extra torque and speed as well. I drive a lot through germany where you can still find highways without speed limit. I love it!!

Nice to know you still like your 35d after the initial problems. I still have to wait for mine. The dealer could not confirm the delivery date yet. So it might be february or march.

BMS make some great products and are one of, if not the best tuners for the N54 and N55.

I wish BMW brought the X3 35d to Australia!!!!!!
