Does X3 Need Coded When Replacing TPMS Aerial/Antenna?
If you replace the antenna for TPMS sensors, does it need recoded again to communicate to wheel sensors?

Help us help you better…remember to leave enough info about your vehicle so that the forum can look up correct info.
What is your model/model year or build date? Do you have an RDC module, or does your X3 fall within the production range when the RDC module’s function was incorporated into the DSC control unit? Perhaps an answer is in the data below:

All I asked was if the car needed coding when you replace the aerial in the back. Nothing you provided answered my question when, the simple answer was yes, it does need coded to communicate to the TPMS sensors in the wheels. None of what you provided from your saved Bookmark was of any use to my initial post.
