If the water is draining out of the holes (they are drain holes) then this is normal and to be expected. It happens on all cars.

Having owned the car for the last 3yrs, I came across this today. I opened the drivers door and what seemed like a lot of water fell out. When I looked at the bottom of the door you could see the water dripping off the main plastic section of the door, near to the puddle light, so it must have built up quite a bit.
If this is what other people have seen, then no problem, but it did seem like a lot of water! It made quite a splashing sound, which as I say is unusual and never seen before. |

I was able to reproduce it by pouring water against the corner of the drivers side door window and saw some water come out of the very bottom of the door, as well as some between the plastic door panel, so there is definitely an issue some where.
The same process on the other doors show no sign of water coming from between the plastic door panel and the metal frame. |
