Curious about the European lights
I wonder if any of the UK or European members would kindly post some picture of the front and back of their 2013 X3, especially the tail-lights, coz I know the European law mandates the use of amber turn signal instead of the red colour in the state.

www.bmw.co.uk and look at the pics or build your own - they don't look orange to me, maybe they hide it in the clear/chrome strip and use an orange bulb, but nothing looks orange in the pictures on the tailights without the blinker being on.

What do you want to know?
Here are some pictures from my car: http://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showpo...70&postcount=2 More in Vermillion Red topic. Front: turn signal area in the lamp is clear, but the bulb itself illuminates amber light. Back: by default, there is clear bulb, but it is surrounded by green/yellow-filter -> the back turn signal area of the lamp illuminates as amber even though it is reddish amber without illumination. |
