Anyone order 2023 X3 M40i?

Anyone able to work out a discount? Or at this point are you paying MSRP?

The dealers ran out of 2022 allocation and I have to get 2023 and that model price went up around $2k

It’s a lot more than $2k when you start adding options. I’d say $2k is for a bare bones 2023 40i with very little options.

No discount for me. I’ve been on a waitlist since March and am hoping to get an August allocation. I was able to qualify for the military discount, whether that applies to the 2023s I’m not sure yet. I noticed the three series was no longer on the qualifying models.

I would be surprised if there are any discounts right now. It’s been super hard to get an allocation since April. I would imagine most dealers have a waitlist.

It just sucks, I lost my car 2 weeks ago. Someone collided with me and totaled my car. I got a 2022 back in November custom ordered and now I am back to square one and ending up paying more for the car after insurance pays off.

For sure. Terrible time to be in the market for a car. Is you insurance payout finalized? If not it might be worth asking for more since the replacement is going to cost more.

Yeah if the evaluation is low, I am going to show them what a 2023 "costs" and say match that. The fact I was no fault according to police and i had 6,000 miles and just got it I feel like they should go after the other party insurance to cover my loss of vehicle

Definitely a fight worth fighting and might take several attempts. Show them there is no inventory available within x miles and you’ll need to order a 2023. The configuration website isn’t likely to be updated for a few more weeks but provide the pricing guide that’s posted as a sticky. There is an updated guide that i haven’t been able to locate that says DAPP is available for the 2023 m40i, it should be $1700.

Yep I put down a deposit on a 2023 a month ago and the price definitely went up. After leaving though I started hearing about how a whole bunch of options are missing. I’m waiting to find out what the final word is from BMW.

I’m lucky I snagged a 2022 a month ago.
It was the GSM’s personal order and he pulled out for an X3MC.
So it was just sitting in their queue but already in production.
Took 3 weeks.

Our sticker was around $70,800 which has pretty much every option, and I was a little annoyed since I would’ve spec’d one around $66k.
But I was lucky enough to find this one and apparently BMW is raising prices of the 2023 M3/M4 too.
About $3,000 plus $100 more for colors and $700 more for carbon buckets seats.

I have an allocation for a 23, but there is no parking assist available which means you only get a backup camera, so I think I'm going to pass on it.

My CA. I've also seen 2 other people on here say it today after getting told by their CAs. Its apparently in the order guide, but can't actually be ordered on the 30i or M40.

Yup. Same here. That's why I'm looking elsewhere.

Well, I put the order in with him a few weeks ago, but the allocation just came through today and he told me about it.
