Has anyone here done a transmission fluid change?
Front and rear differential fluid? Pan & Filter? Solenoids and mechatronic sleeves?

What brand fluids have you used?

Sofar, from internet I gather,

Transmission Fluid (ZF Lifeguard 8 7L),
Transfer case (Shell S-Tec),
Front and Back Differential (Redline 75w85)
and ZF/BMW pan/filter

What do you suggest from your experience?

Right now my car has over 180k Km. No issues but I notice sometimes slight sounds at 1-2 gear shifts.
