F25 software update

Hi my multimedia software is showing MX-003.004.031 and I have checked the update via the BMW website using the vin number which comes back as up to date, but when using phone appears slightly slow especially when automatically connecting phone when in car Via Bluetooth as it does not connect always. As it is a 2012 X3 just thought there would be another update if any one could answer?

What phone and what operating system version are you using? No problems with my Samsung Galaxy S20+ running Android 11 with my 2011 X3.

Thanks, iPhone 11 Pro it's works but every time I jump in the car I then have to jump into settings and connect the phone to ply audio, it connects straight away for calls

I have iPhone 11 PRO too, and I don't experience any issues with BT. Perhaps try visiting https://www.bmw.com/en/footer/compatibility-check.html and see if you have enhanced BT ticked.
