Hope this helps. I took the printed PDF files with me to the service center and they went ahead and did the reprogramming, but the technician still felt the need to add the comment on the bill that "idle was smooth" (of course it was, it wasn't cold!!).

From the looks of the TSBs, this should apply to MY 2011 and 2012. Maybe there's hope yet. Time to call my guy and see when I can get it looked at.
