This sounds like my problem. This isn't an issue with the AC drainage, as many have experienced, because the car had been sitting for 2 days in pouring rain. The moisture was definitely not present when we parked the car before the rain. My first thought was some sort of drainage issue from the moonroof/A-pillar. I will let you guys know if I get a resolution.
