My 2011 X3 28i has a strange issue. Almost every morning when the engine oil temperate of the car reaches around 100 degrees, steams come out from the front. This will last for a minute or two and only happens in the morning. Dealer has checked and say nothing is wrong and no fluid leaks.

Just try to see if anyone have the same issue.

The hottest thing when warming up is the turbo manifold, and cat. So if it happens at the first traffic light, it’s probably coming from there first and not the whole engine block or radiator.

Park it in a garage and see if it happens that morning . It might just be moisture burning off during the colder temps.
