Mine started doing it again so I took it in again. The ended up replacing the control head, whatever that means. At least that's what they told me. Problem fixed but I had to reprogram all the media settings and call Sirius to get the sat radio working again. That was kind of a pain in the ass but it works. They said the problem is not common but it happens occasionally.
