Usually just an issue with the system updating. You could ask to see a VIR on the vehicle to confirm the correct options/colors. Mine was also a conversion from a stock order the dealer had...which seems to be the only way to get the M-Sport (customizing a stock order that already has M-Sport selected). Count yourself lucky!
