Hello to all,

I finally received my x3! Two days later took it back to the dealership due to a thumping sound coming from under the hood. They tried to convince me that it might just be the way the engine sounds due to
Turbo, etc. it made no sense.

Long story short they compared it to another X3 in showroom from which I heard nothing, although the service department stated they could faintly hear the same noise. Not true! They ended up keeping the car. Now a week later and they still have my car stating they ordered a new "fly wheel" to replace it! Very frustrating experience! It's new, straight from factory they should just replace the car!

Has anyone experienced any problems?
