Nice review! I agree with you on the brakes. I'm not sure if it's the pad material they use or something else, but they just don't "bite" like any other BMW I've owned. I have the N52 28i, which is fine for my needs. I ordered mine with the 6 cylinder in 2011 because at the time I thought the turbo 4 wouldn't be as nice. I was wrong. The added low end torque would be helpful in a heavy vehicle like this, and the fuel efficiency is a significant improvement. BMW continues to lead the industry in powertrains, although I'd also like a stick.
