I think I remember reading somewhere, that X3/X4 30d has the El Cheapo after-treatment, while X5, because of higher weight had to get the more expensive treatment. I.e. X3/X4 is borderline - perhaps even that BMW cheated somewhat, which they perhaps does not dare to do now.
I see it as a risk that you will not get your MPPK. 35i - anybody?
