Im fairly certain that First Aid Kit is standard worldwide. Floor mats are certainly standard in the UK but not in all countries and the mesh/nets are part of an option pack in the UK but are standard in some other countries.
If you have the VIN it maybe worth checking the build sheet at
http://www.rubmw.ru/vincode/eng/ certainly on mine it lists mats, first aid kit etc as part of the build from new.
