Help please - codes 120208 / 120408 Turbo Pressure Control

2013 X3 35i 20.000 miles

Bought the car last week, first day driving home propulsion error, reduced power. Turned it off, engine ok again, drove a few miles, same error again.

Next day scanned and found codes 120208 (charging pressure control, plausibility pressure too high) and 120408 (charging pressure control, deactivation: pressure build-up blocked

Car history: before selling the car last owner took it to BMW, changed oil and filters, rear tires and spark plugs. Next day car returned to BMW with propulsion light on, BMW changed Turbo Pressure Conversor (Part Number: 11747649407)

As the car was not in use for the last 4 months I took its gasoline out, it looked terrible, bad smell and appearance, put new premium gasoline on it and thought I found the problem, but driving home I got the propulsion error again.

Car is back to BMW, they still do not know what the problem is, any ideas?

Thank you all !!!
