Ours does not have rear load leveling suspension. Is that even an option on X3s? I am however very familiar with the load leveling suspension sound. Have had it on previous cars/trucks over the years.
I do agree it is normal and nothing to worry about (at least the noise I hear when opening doors or unlocking via remote). The HPFP noise has been well documented over the past 5 years. I've heard it on BMWs with both the N54 and N55 motor dating back to 2007/8 for the N54 cars.
