On a slightly related matter, its interesting to see the ad that BMW Australia is running in several of todays (Sunday) newspapers here in Australia announcing the end of what is a very unpopular Luxury Car Tax for all BMWs. The argument being that as BMW don't make "cars" but rather "the ultimate driving machines", BMWs are no longer subject to the 33% LCT.
Sounds great - until you remember what todays (Sunday's) date is..................
