Your 35D will be tremendous. I'm really enjoying the 30D, the extra you'll get will be great to have. Even with the 30D I don't feel I've lost too much vs the 335i, though of course it's a diesel and it's character is not the same as a petrol. I've got a loan 318i Touring while they experiment with the wind noise issues I have on my X3. The 3 series now feels so crude and toy-like. |
I think the torque will be very strong with this new engine, I will let you know, how long have you had your 3.0 Diesel ?. I am surprised your suffering wind noise, I test drove a 2.0 Diesel (11 plate) and it was quiet!!. It can not affect all X3's.
