Are other people having similar problems or is this the dealer ?
I can understand that they don't have much control or information whilst in production and on board ship but would have expected that when in the UK there should be a better communication chain between Importers(BMW UK), dealer and customer.

Mine knew what date it would arrive with them from Thorne about 3 days beforehand, and then needed 3 days to prep the car for delivery but this included a weekend. I think thats OK...
