My CA said a good estimate of invoice price is 6.5% off MSRP. Following that logic, if my build's MSRP is $52,000 then according to my CA, the invoice is approx. $48,620. Based on earlier posts, it seems anywhere between $500-$1500 above invoice seems reasonable depending on the relationship. BUT, if the estimated invoice is 2% off, say real invoice is 8.5% off MSRP not 6.5%, then that $1500 over invoice may not be as great a deal as one thought.
Cliff notes: What's the best way to find the invoice price on a "build your own"?
Thanks

I am a USAA member. Its car buying service gave me the exact invoice price for the car and each individual option I wanted. The dealer has this information available as well. I am not sure where others got their info. Go to this website.
