I just checked with the first service installing films on cars I found on Google and the price seemed very high for me. To install the film just on the front and rear bumpers they've asked me around 600 euros! And more or less the same price would be needed for having the whole car (including windows and screen) to undergo a very glossy detailing and paint protector application.
What would be your advice, to be honest the major risk here is to get the bumpers scratched, so logically the film should be a better choice, but for that price...
