I am sorry to hear of your problems on your car. It sounds to me like the job needs re-doing! I posted on here last week that the BMW dealer actually crashed my car and it is having both front fenders, bumper, headlights and hood replaced.
I have told the dealer that if in any way I can tell that the work has been done (including under the hood), that I will not accept it. I wish mine was AW as I think they should have 100% color match! Mine is Titanium silver and I am paranoid that it won't match.
From what you say, you should not accept what they have done!
