New X3 2.0D in Taiwan

Hey guys,

On to my second bimmer now after parting ways with my beloved 2011 E92 coupe.

I am really enjoying the car one week in. Build quality has been absolutely rock solid; no rattles, no squeaks, no problems!

The 2.0D is a great little mill with super efficiency and enough torque to kee me happy.

I have one question about the camera parking assist mode. My parking garage has a very, very tight spiral ramp that puts the front right and rear left of the truck in very close proximity to the walls. So, I keep the 'bird's eye" view camera on so that my front and rear parking sensors are active. However, after the pre-set time, the camera switches off.

Is there a way to code a chime to alert me that it has gone off? I don't watch the camera, but the audio is very helpful in keeping me out of trouble. But when it switches off, the lack of beeps might lead me to think I'm further from a wall than I thought. (easy to make an error, as you have to watch front and back very closely...and many have failed to do so judging by the scrapes on the wall!)

Thanks!
