I've been driving my X3 for a little under a month and had a strange issue the other day.

Started the car and drove about 1 km before I noticed that it was strangely quiet. Then I realized that the radio wasn't working. Tried turning it off and on, switching to different sources (hard drive, satellite), adjusting volume, but still nothing.

I got to my destination and engaged the parking sensor. The usual display showed up on iDrive, but still silence - no beeping when I got close to a lamp post.

Got out, bought a few groceries, and when I returned and restarted the car, all was good again.

Now that I think back, there was one other occasion that my parking sensors didn't make any noise.

Still waiting to see if it happens again, but anyone else run into this?
