Fog lights, by design, are frequently very yellow because yellow wave lengths penetrate moisture laden air much better than any other wavelength. Blue is the worst and most blue light is absorbed by the moisture. That is why fog lights frequently even have yellow lenses.
So, if you care about the fog lights doing what they are supposed to do, help you see in fog, and are not more concerned about appearance than function, don't change the color temperature of your fog lights away from yellow.
I don't think this is still the case but I understood for many years most European Countries required by law yellow lighting for exactly this reason.
