Yes, we have quite mild winter here now. And situation in North America is in the news here too. It is colder in Tallahassee Florida than here right now. Weird.
In Finnish forums I haven't seen problems like you are reporting. We have people driving with X3 north of Polar Circle. Though this year's extremecold was merely -38 Celsius.
I wonder if this issue is a problem with gasoline powered only.
