I got my video delivered to my mailbox July 2nd, but it has never worked and they said it will never work
I was told they had video production problems in July and video's were lost along the way. Mine was one of them. They sent me a "general" building of the X3 video that isn't customized as a replacement to view. Sounds like if you haven't gotten the video, you probably won't be getting one
