It's here in NJ. Don't really want to bad mouth them because the entire sales process in buying my X3 over the past few months was outstanding. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt (for now) that this is a misunderstanding based on a bad parts lookup or something.
If not, I can always take my business elsewhere. And given this will be my first real service visit (since the first scheduled service is not for another 10-11 months) the dealer who does my hitch may get my long-term regular maintenance too.
I called them out in this quoting the parts prices on BMW's own website. I'll see what they come back with.
