Just landed in the west of Ireland for Xmas .. Bit of a mare after the fast ferry cancelled and having to get on the road at 0330hrs for the 8am snail boat. The X1 fully loaded and averaged 38mpg over just under 300 miles. Steady early morning run on M6/m56/a55 then a tad quicker across Ireland after the wife insisted on stopping at the Liffey valley shopping centre in Dublin .. Why do they do that !
Anyway for comparison 38 mpg from my X1 ... Driven partly like a Yorkshireman till I got bored .. Hopefully my X3 will be better
