I think it is because you loaded all the tracks/cd's in one go!!
Not individually.
It is treating it as one long track, although you loaded multiple cd's onto what ever you used originally eg, i-pod or memory stick or whatever!! Then loaded it onto the hard drive.
That is if I have understood your thread correctly.

Sorry just had another look and see you used a USB drive!...........still of the same thought though.....it's one long track!
