So, categorically,
you do not need to wait for 6NR to appear as a factory fitted option. It
will be available as an accessory for existing X3s that meet the prerequisite list in this thread. For UK orders, the
only prerequisite for 6NR is the Professional Multimedia Package. You just need to buy the software and the new snap-in adapter (not yet available in the UK).
