Smartphone Integration (6NF) is the option for a phone cradle in the armrest, just like the one in the picture on the Canadian BMW X3 site. You may be confusing 6NR, "BMW Apps" which is described above. They are two separate options being combined into 6NR when the new 6NR is available on the X series in April. I do not know how you order 6NF in Canada, but they show a picture of it and it does not seem to be part of the packages you described.
As a side note, the BMWUSA site seems a lot better than the other international BMW sites.
